Corn pita with chicken, cheese and a few more.

Getting dirty seems to be an extremely fun thing for my Monkey, so I plan to let her enjoy it today.

I have corn dough, which is very easy to make—just some blended raw corn, flour, yeast, a bit of milk, butter, and a pinch of salt.

I’m going to use a can of beans, but first, I’ll fry some onion and garlic, then add the beans. I’ll mash them a bit when they’re ready because I want them a little creamy.

I still have some breaded chicken, which I'll just slice.

My dough is all fluffy and has risen, so I start making round shapes. I thought baking them would be a good idea, but then I decided to fry them instead, and I got a better result.

Easy-peasy, everything is ready—the beans, the pita, and the chicken. I'll also bring some grated cheese in case my Monkey wants to add it.

She liked the combination and brought ketchup, too.

Of course, she can't eat without ketchup, but as long as she eats, I'm happy.

She loved the combination and especially the fact that she could get messy.

But she ate a lot, so mission accomplished!

Many thanks for your time!
