Bacon rolls are very easy to make, and my Monkey loved them.
The only thing that might be new for some people is Paneer.
Paneer is a cheese originally from India and is perfect for this dish because it does not melt out of the bacon.
If you want to use Paneer, you might need to keep it in hot water for five minutes.
After that, everything is very easy.
Wash the bacon, cut the paneer into the slices you want, and roll them up.
