Yellowish-greenish delicious sausage rolls fascinated My Monkey immediately.It was love at first sight. She loved it. I wanted to use only five hotdogs, and she ate all of them on the same day. The colour combination is so beautiful that it is impossible not to get "the eyes on it."
I thought of having spinach dough and carrot dough.
This is an easy dough to make: bread flour, yeast, salt, oil and vegetables blended together. I boiled three carrots, but I used a handful of raw spinach.
After the dough is all fluffy and risen, I just need to cut long strips from each dough of the same length and thickness.
Next step : frying the hotdogs.
When they chilled a bit, I rolled the stripes around the hotdog, leaving space for the second strip.
Is very easy and it looks so beautiful.

I added a bit of butter to the top and oven. It took only a few minutes, maybe around 15 minutes, depending on your oven.
They look great! You can add anything you want.
It is a great dish for picky kids.
