My Monkey is in love with red. Well, let’s see how long it lasts! I thought it would be wise to use this moment, so I made her a red pizza! I know, odd!
But I’m creating new dishes here, so nothing is too odd.
The dough isn’t new; I’ve used it for other dishes, and I love having it. It's such a beautiful colour!
So, it’s just the beetroot dough (very well-blended beetroot, flour, salt, yeast, water if still needed, and oil).
After one hour or two, the dough is fluffy and beautiful, ready to be moulded.
I got my round pizza form, oiled it well, and covered it with my beautiful dough, which was not too thick or too thin. Then, I added a layer of tomato paste, garlic batter, and grated mozzarella.
My Monkey likes mozzarella, so I added a lot of it grated and a few slices on top.
Very simple: the dough, the creamy butter mixture, and the mozzarella.
It doesn't sound complicated, isn't it ?
Just a few minutes in the oven, and it’s all done!
