Stuffed pepper

The stuffed pepper is very easy to make, and of course, feel free to use whatever you can or want for the filling.

I used, as I said, onions, garlic, and mushrooms. My monkey loves rice with tuna or salmon, or both.

But getting back to the stuffed pepper.

First, fry the mushrooms, onions, and garlic for a little bit. Then add the tuna and rice. We are using Basmati at the moment. Of course, the rice has to be washed a few times before. It only needs about 2 minutes on the stove.

Next, we prepare the pepper. Cut the top beautifully, clean out the seeds, and wash the pepper well. Fill the peppers almost to the top with the rice, tuna, and mushrooms... almost.

I wanted rice in the tray as well, so I added some there too. Pour warm water until it reaches halfway up the pepper.

And that's all.

Put it in the oven, and it might take about 20 minutes, maybe... Just keep an eye on them, but it shouldn’t take much longer.

I love the pepper, but my monkey only eats the rice and tuna.

Like this, together, we finish everything.
